Here’s a look back on some of the fun we had on Courtney’s Adventure in Chamonix / summer camp.

The Swiss Alps 100 takes place in Fiesch, a Swiss ski town near Brig, that’s below the Aletsch Glacier. The event is a festival of trail running with many different challenges for mountain athletes.

We’ll cover the frequent intro questions we’ve gotten over the years, and offer a slice of what it’s like visiting Chamonix for trail running.

In mid-July under window boxes full of geraniums in the Swiss mountain resort of Grindelwald, my partner and I toed the line at the Eiger Ultra Trail by UTMB.
