Rheinquelle Trail
“The trail at the source of the Rhine” is the motto for Rheinquelle Trail. Sedrun, Switzerland, the small village from which the race takes place, is nestled in the mountains on the border between the Swiss cantons of Graubünden and Uri. The race runs to the source of the Rhine, a river that eventually makes its way across Europe all the way to the North Sea.
There are two trails to choose from: A marathon course that takes in 3000 vertical meters and an 18 km loop that offers up 1800 meters of climbing. Expect technical single track running in a stunning and peaceful mountain environment.
NB: We have estimated next year’s dates based on last year’s dates. We’ll update as soon as we have more info. RTA makes every effort to keep this page up to date.
