Rosengarten Schlern Sky Marathon

The Rosengarten Schlern Sky Marathon takes runners deep into the famed Italian Dolomites. Starting in the village of Tiers in the heart of the Dolomites, the main race is a 45 kilometer journey with a quad-burning 3,000 meters of elevation gain, leading competitors across rugged, technical terrain. Participants will face challenging ascents on rocky paths, run high-altitude ridges, and tackle dramatic descents, all while surrounded by views of the Rosengarten and Schlern mountain ranges.
For those seeking a shorter challenge, there’s also a 36 kilometers race with 2,000 meters of elevation gain, making for a slightly more accessible option. Both races provide a test of stamina and technical running skills, rewarding participants with panoramic views and a deep connection to the majestic landscape.
