Designed from scratch with friends here in Chamonix, we love our Run the Alps cap! It’s lightweight and breathable enough to be comfortable on a trail run during a hot summer day, but fashionable enough for cafe wear in town. (In Chamonix, that means Aux Petits Gourmands!) The sides feature a topo line design that is taken from the Posettes, an iconic ridge above Le Tour that is part of the Mont-Blanc Marathon race route. Silk screened in Run the Alps blue, with our hometown of Chamonix, France, stitched on the back. And, yes, we’ve even snuck in our Run the Alps cow icon on the back label, just for fun! Fully-adjustable rear closure system works for all head sizes. The foldable cap design has a flexible bill, and micromesh fabric on the side provides breathability. There’s a clip clasp on the back for slide adjustment with an elastic band to keep it all orderly. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified. Every item meets the most strict and demanding standards in order to reduce their environmental footprint, from the quality of the raw materials to each step of the production process. Model: Leigh-Anne Burns. Leigh-Anne is Run the Alps’ Jack-of-all-Trades Operations Manager. During our busy summer months she ticks off dozens of important logistics tasks each day. She’s always upbeat and eager to lend a hand. Leigh-Anne’s also our team spirit leader (yes, it’s part of her job description), in charge of staff fun.
