About the race

Early in the Alps trail running season, this race takes place near Annecy. The Trail De La Cochette is for the most seasoned runners at 35km. It follows 95% trails and 5% pavement and starts in Saint-Jorioz, on the South side of the lake. You’ll follow the lakeside on reed bed paths through pretty villages before beginning the ascent up to Col de la Cochette, where a magnificent view awaits you. After this, you’ll continue towards the Roc des Boeufs and then descend to the finish line. The Trail De La Bauche is a 21 km tour of the Laudon Valley with 90% trails and 10% road. The race passes through several villages, around the foot of the famous Semnoz mountain and offers panoramic views of Lake Annecy. The Trail Des Charmettes 12,3 km race is mostly on trails with very little road. Runners follow the Laudon river, at the foot of the natural park of the Bauges massif. This is a race for all levels and is also for newcomers to trail running. For walkers, a 12 km D+ 320 m is also an option. Each race route includes one aid station and, once finished, you can celebrate by enjoying local foods and music provided by the organizers.
