Description
To the east of Mont Blanc, in the Italian Valley of Aosta is the Vertical Fénis, named after the village where it takes place. There are two ‘vertical’ routes for you to choose from, with a choice of either 1km or 1.5km elevation. Plus, there is the non-competitive 8km distance with 300m elevation. A free concert and evening of fun awaits you in Fénis after the race. This race is a memorial to Beppe Brunier who once lived in Fénis. He travelled widely and is remembered for his wonderful story-telling and for sharing the charms of the village with those he met far-afield.
