Antonio Positano

International Mountain Leader.
Running has always been part of my life. It all started as a game in my hometown, where we spent hours chasing one another through fields and hills. I continued to run, for a while using a coach and training on a track. After a break of a couple of years, I found new motivation in trail running, as it combines my two great passions: running and mountains.
I love running long distances, often without giving too much importance to my times. Perhaps like many runners, I also like to have my “no pain, no gain” big training days! I like to run new races every year to discover new places, meet people and have a goal that helps me define my training program.
I became a guide to share my passion and experience with others. My love for the mountains goes beyond my personal activities. I have always been eager to meet new people, and nothing gives me more joy than sharing my adventures and the energy of the mountains with others.
